The body of terms (or language) used with a particular field (or technical application) in a subject of study, profession, etc.

On this page, we share the terminology that we consistently use throughout the Circular Clarity website and other forms of communication.

We’ve marked the most important terms in orange for you. 

Context

The parts of something written or spoken that immediately precede and follow a word or passage and clarify its meaning.

Placing terminology within the context of the Circular Clarity business development program; allows you to apply the true meaning of the words more accurately.

We encourage you to read this page if you plan to take part in one of our webinars, workshops or training sessions. Knowledge is power. And with that power, you enable more confidence in moving forward.

Accelerate

General: Increase in rate, amount, or extent. Begin to move more quickly.

In context: When taking the right actions. Focussing purely on adding and creating Value; you will save time. Apply that time with clear focus on your abjective and you will accelerate your work.

Array

General: An impressive display or range of a particular type of thing.

In context: The creative and business elements that we create to assist during Circular Transformation. Working methods, creative services etc.

Bigger picture

General: The Bigger picture on a Global scale refers to the elements beyond human reach. But the important elements that we can align our efforts to. Think of Climate Change or Poverty.

Business-as-usual

General: An ongoing and unchanging state of affairs despite difficulties or disturbances.

In context: The way you operate your business here and now.

Business development

General: The activity of pursuing strategic opportunities for a particular business or organization, for example by cultivating partnerships or other commercial relationships, or identifying new markets for its products or services.

In context: The same as the general explanation; but aligned to Values with regards to people and Sustainability (in the broadest sense) with regards to improving the business aspects. To improve with the utmost respect for all things living. 

Business intelligence

General: The term Business Intelligence (BI) refers to technologies, applications and practices for the collection, integration, analysis, and presentation of business information. The purpose of Business Intelligence is to support better business decision making.

In context: Business intelligence leads a business from the old business-as-usual road map, to a new Circular system. The primary focus is the strengthen basic elements of the business. Operations. Financials. Etc.

Business Model Canvas

General: Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and lean startup template for developing new or documenting existing business models. It is a visual chart with elements describing a firm’s or product’s value proposition, infrastructure, customers, and finances.

Carbon footprint

General: The amount of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere as a result of the activities of a particular individual, organization, or community.

In context: Every action we take, can lead to a reduction of our Carbon footprint. Humans are the biggest polluters, simply because we demand to much in our current make-take-waste system. Circular Clarity focusses on a reduction of the human carbon footprint, by raising awareness and changing mindset to a more sustainable outlook and path of action.

Challenge

General: A call to someone to participate in a competitive situation.

In context: Rapid change in the World is presenting people with the challenge(s) to adapt to change. Circular Clarity takes on challenges. A challenge could also be a problem. And problems are there to be solved. We love challenges because they are short bursts of time and effort leading to result. And from there we take the next challenge forward.

Circular

General: A circular definition is one that uses the term being defined as a part of the definition or assumes a prior understanding of the term being defined.

In context: Circular means to move life-and-business forward with natural flow. Creating harmony between life and work on the road forward. And to do so, we focus our attention towards creating positive impact. Circular motion is sustainable.

Circular refers to earth. Circular by nature. And closing the gap means completing the Circle. Full circle in life is something we refer to when we feel we completely understand something. A circle has a centre we refer to as the essence. The most important part that is protected by the outer layer. Circles of information or people can also connect and interact. Circular Economy is also an important reference to the term Circular.

Circular Clarity

General: A thriving world where everyone feels safe, inspired and has a clear sense of enjoying here and now.

In context: The entire system, values, methodology, teachings and formula’s as implemented by the Circular Clarity team. Always aimed in it’s purest form to help evolve to a Circular system and all that this system includes. And a future-oriented approach to personal and business development that helps build strength from within. Creating a clear sense of (y)our future in both life and business. 

Circular Coaching

General: Coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past or future. … Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.

In context: Coaching is actually guidance. The two significant differences. A Circular coach has walked to walk before talking the talk and follows through in life and work with the values he or she stands for. Circular always focusses on strengthening without personal gain. The person being coached comes to their own realisations and can take all knowledge forward in life. We coach in line with Circular Values. Real strength comes from within.

Circular Economy

General: circular economy (often referred to simply as “circularity is an economic system aimed at eliminating waste and the continual use of resources.

In context: When developing a Circular business and/or impact strategy, it is important to align to the Circular Economy. Soon, any product or service that does not align to circular economic indicators, will no longer be relevent. That’s why we focus entirely on constructing future-oriented business.

Circular intelligence

General: Conservation of the circle and allowing for the core to thrive in existence, is the core dynamic in Nature. (definition by Circular Clarity).

In context: Together we create  Circular Intelligence. This means connecting the dots for you on a Circular road map that is realistic and makes sense. By understanding the road map of the Circular Transformation Model, we are collecting valuable data on how to accelerate aligning to a Circular Economy and system. This is what defines Circular intelligence. It is also the information shared within our ecosystem (former network), that connects missions, visions and other impact driven thoughts-and-actions.

Circular Time Compass

General: Circular means circulating value. Time is the unit we measure experience with. A compass offers direction when our direction might be known, but the journey follows an unchartered path.

The Circular Time Compass is designed by Circular Clarity and is used during personal development sessions, coaching etc. 

In context: Circular refers to the entire value system as set forward by Circular Clarity. Personal development based on Human Value and strength from within. Business development based on sustainability etc. The formula to save time is “simplifying what we do”. And the Compass refers to the moral compass that guides people forward. In particular the leaders that are now (2020) required to take import action towards the green deal, sustainable development goals

Circular transformation

General: Changing a linear (take-make-waste) system to a Circular (regenerative closed loop system). 

In context: The Circular Transformation Model as designed by Circular Clarity, also refers to the adaptation of any old economic method to a new and Circular method.

Marketing is the old economic term. Impact strategy the new.

Profit is the old economic pressure tool to inspire people. Creating a legacy that the future generation can be proud of is the Circular approach. Etc.

Clarity

General: The quality of being coherent and intelligible. The quality of transparency or purity.

In context: Clarity refers to purity and transparency. To translate the complexity of the past into a clear vision forward, requires a value system that enables Circular motion. This is what we aim for during organic business development. 

Complexity

General: The state or quality of being intricate or complicated.

In context: The complex structure in life and business that is a result of adding more. Wanting to go faster, earn more. The old economic ‘make-take-waste’ approach. And the old economic sense of ignoring human value and focus on money and power. The complexity is everything that takes time away from adding value. 

Complexity also refers to the entire business structure and strategy. And all the business elements that are in place to conduct business. Service level. Marketing. Operations. Finance. The entire structure that forms a business. And the complexity of the inter-human relations and politics with regards to stake-holders, financing, market, opportunity, technical and operational metrics, risk etc.

Connect dots

General: Connect the dots. To make connections in one’s mind, arriving at a more holistic or complete understanding of a situation.

In context: In life and business we complete tasks, collect skills and acquire knowledge. When you enable a strategy whereby all past knowledge can be applied to add value in moving forward; yet we don’t let the restrictions or emotions hold us back (fear, enxiety), we talk about connecting the dots. Things come together and start working for a person or business. 

Creative development

General: Creative development” is the process of developing creative abilities through exploration, decision making and expression. 

In context: Adding to the general description. Developing the elements that enable business development in a creative form. Creative elements in organic business development include photography, creative writing, graphics, webdesign, cinematography etc.

Core

General: The part of something that is central to its existence or character.

In context: The core of people, directed by Human Value. The core of our body measured by our sense of well-being. The core of business which is the central and regenerative Circular strategy that we expand all ideas from. The core is the essence of life and business. It needs to be protected to feel (or stay) safe. And nurtured to grow.

Doughnut Economy

General: Humanity’s 21st century challenge is to meet the needs of all within the means of the planet. In other words, to ensure that no one falls short on life’s essentials (from food and housing to healthcare and political voice), while ensuring that collectively we do not overshoot our pressure on Earth’s life-supporting systems, on which we fundamentally depend – such as a stable climate, fertile soils, and a protective ozone layer. The Doughnut of social and planetary boundaries is a playfully serious approach to framing that challenge, and it acts as a compass for human progress this century.

In context: Circular Clarity enable future-oriented business development. This means that we make sure that we respect the values we need to protect.

Driver

General:  Part in a mechanism that receives power directly and transmits motion to other parts. 

In context: Rapid changes in the World drive evolution. The driver to act on ecological challenges is Climate Change. The driver to improve social challenges could be poverty or a community need. A current driver of change is Covid-19.

We refer to the drivers of change. The “things” that lead to a Circular Transformation, or need-or-want to change people, a strategy or system.

Ecosystem

General: A biological community of interacting organisms and their physical environment. In general use, a complex network or interconnected system.

In context: The entire business system. Stake-holders. Partners. All people and elements needed to make the interconnected system (ecosystem) thrive. People feel safe and inspired. The system gives back what it takes (Circular). Earth is considered the source of life; not a resource. And everything is interconnected to add value. Ecosystem is new term for a network where none cooperative componenets are avoided or adapted to add value.

Elements

General: An essential or characteristic part of something abstract.

In context: All components needed to make an ecosystem thrive. Communication elements. Visuals. Media. People. Formula’s. Emotional, Business and Circular Intelligence. Etc.

Emotional intelligence

General: The capacity to be aware of, control, and express one’s emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.

In context: In order to guide a regenerative and Circular system, it is imperative (of vital importance; crucial) that people lead personal and business development without the complexity of a personal or hidden agenda. Also to keep the direction of change on-course by alignment to Real Values of Virtue and Sustsinability. This avoids discussions on personal opinions and cuts complexity down to value-based steps forward.

How might a healthier, well-educated and thriving community which is connected to value and sustainability, better support your organisation in both the short and long term.

The benefits that Emotional Intelligence brings in terms of attracting and retaining talent. Emotional Intelligence benefits in closing your cross-cultural and generational gaps.

Increasing levels of trust creates loyalty. Etc.

Enabling

General: Give (someone) the authority or means to do something; make it possible for.

In context: Circular Clarity enables personal and business development based on a future-oriented and sustainable path. Organic growth is enabled by guiding your Circular Transformation.

Essence

General: The intrinsic nature or indispensable quality of something, especially something abstract, which determines its character.

In context: The essence of people are the Human Values that lead them forward to more balance and hapiness in life. The essence of a business are the core elements and most essential parts that a business focusses on. Pay attention to the essence and not to the things blocking the essence from growth. 

Ethical

General: Relating to moral principles or the branch of knowledge dealing with these.

In context: The ethical system are the underlying moral principles that create a full understanding of the value-based system we place at the core of circular business development.

Evolving

General: Develop gradually. The process that desribes the timeline of life moving forward with increased knowledge.

In context: The goal is to continue developing based on real value. To grow organically is the result when guiding a business towards on a future-oriented path. People also evolve as a result of investing in well-being and personal development. The world is Circular and life and business is therefore naturally evolving towards this model; to avoid depletion of (re)sources.

External circumstance

General: A situation caused by an external force of influence.

In context: All external sources of influence. Law. Rules and regulations. Human influence. Climate change. Daily changes in reality.

F-L

Financial metrics

General: Financial metrics are the key numbers that you can focus on in financial statements. There are three financial statements, the balance sheet, the income statement and the cash flow that we like to look at to find important metrics.

In context: The financial metrics need to realign resources to sustainable and impact driven output. This will change the financial metrics of a business, without being able to calculate all risk up front. Financial metrics are essential for as long as money is the main monetary value we use to pay for goods and services.

Future-oriented

General: Future orientation is broadly defined as the extent to which an individual thinks about the future, anticipates future consequences, and plans ahead before acting. 

In context: Across development, future orientation is particularly important during periods of major changes, for example during Circular transition.

Preparing a business to serve the next generation. Aligning a business to create social or ecological impact. To transform a business to a model that engages all nationalities and ages. To have the future in mind. To be aware of the reality of changes up ahead.

Give back

General: An agreement to give something back.

In context: Circular Clarity gives back the knowledge we gain by evolving business in a Circular way. In a sustainable or product form, to give back means that when we take a resource (knowledge included), we must enable a system for the resource to be given back.

How

General: In what way or manner; by what means.

In context: How refers to the way we conduct our business and the value-system we rely on to create this delivery of service. Managing expectations is essential in understanding the How of a business. How in relation to people is how they apply the value-system in enabling any given action.

Human Value(s)

General: Human values are the virtues that guide us to take into account the human element when we interact with other human beings. Human values are, for example, respect, acceptance, consideration, appreciation, listening, openness, affection, empathy and love towards other human beings.

In context: The core of Circular Clarity are paragons of Virtue. People that live and work by means of respecting the simplicity of Human Values applied.

Impact

General: A marked effect or influence.

In context: The positive effect we create by taking actions enabled by Circular Clarity Values. The impact we focus on, guides our Circular development path. 

Impact strategy

General: A marked effect or influence.

In context: The positive effect we create by taking actions enabled by Circular Clarity Values. The impact we focus on, guides our Circular development path.  In order to enable creating impact, we apply the Circular Clarity strategy.

Innate

General: Inborn; natural. Originating in the mind.

In context: All people have a certain innate intelligence. The pure inner voice that can guide us. Innate intelligence is obstructed by the complexity of the past. By emotions and the labels of the past. Innate is compared to intuition.

Insight-out

General: The ability to perceive clearly or deeply; penetrating and often sudden understanding, as of a complex situation or problem.

In context: This is the level we develop with and towards. Unless you discover the essence, the core, the insight; you might compromise the quality of the outcome. This is no longer an option given the many challenges we face and the rapid pace of change within society. Once we see the insight; we develop outwards. Thus; insight-out refers to a part of the method we use.

Instrument

General: A tool or implement, especially one for precision work.

In context: The instruments are the tools we use to enable a certain outcome. For example the Circular Canvas that drives the Circular Transformation Model. Or the Circular Time Compass that helps in personal development. 

Journey

General: An act of travelling from one place to another.

In context: Life is not a destination, but a journey. This is an essential concept to grasp when moving forward during Circular Transformation

Change is a journey. An ongoing process of moving from reality to another. It is impossible to predict all future changes. Therefore the term ‘journey’ is included.

Key Performance Indicators

General: A Key Performance Indicator is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives. Organizations use KPIs at multiple levels to evaluate their success at reaching targets.

In context: Key Performance Indicators are upgraded to include circularity or sustainability. For instance to measure footprint reduction or results of other sustainable development efforts. 

Key Value Indicators

General: A Key Value Indicator is a measurable value that demonstrates how people feel and operate whilst working on key business objectives.

In context: Key Value Indicators can only be measured by people within the organisation that have walked along the road of transition and can operate within the parameters of a value-based system.

Well-being. Emotional stability. And rate of absence. Etc. Depending of the type of business, this element sits deeply within Circular HR development strategies.

Knowledge

General: Facts, information, and skills acquired through experience or education; the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject.

In context: The ongoing evolution of acquiring new information based on our focus upon creating impact. Knowledge is the most circular element on the planet in terms of a non-tangible element. Yet in moving forward, we often forget to apply knowledge in wanting to deliver more to clients.

Leadership

General: The action of leading a group of people or an organization.

In context: Circular leadership refers to the person leading with the Circular Clarity approach of future-oriented leadership. Someone capable of executing the Circular Transformation Model and embedding the Value-system within an organisation.

During succession, this is the hardest element to pay forward. Circular Clarity has leading experience in this fiels of value creation. 

Legacy

General: An amount of money or property left to someone in a will. The values left by someone without a written will; but in the form of leaving a business.

In context: Your legacy defines your values. The impact that you focus your thoughts and actions towards, is the direction leading you forward. Key to developing an organic business strategy that leads to natural growth, is capturing that legacy. And understanding what circumstances really influence the future. Your legacy is unique. A legacy adds value to the life of others.

Leverage

General: Use (something) to maximum advantage.

In context: Applying knowledge in order to move towards the next level in building solutions together. The leverage to reach a higher level; together.

Life cycle innovation

General: The innovation life cycle tracks the life of a single product and consists of multiple invention and innovation stages. These stages reflect how a company’s actions impact the target market for the product. Incremental invention: Add functionality or features to the foundational product.

In context: Taking life cycle innovation as the basic starting point in developing a new business or product/service strategy. Or in case of a start-up, to use life cycle innovation to build the basic metrics to create a new business model.

Life cycle thinking

General: Life cycle thinking is an approach to becoming mindful of how everyday life affects the environment.

In context: Using Life Cycle Thinking, we help you develop new innovative and sustainable products and services for a future-proof business.

Together we drive sustainable innovation by analysing products in a business-as-usual context and design alternatives to fit the new economy.

M-Q

Mindset

General: The established set of attitudes held by someone.

In context: Mindset is the gateway to change. Circular Clarity helps create the right mindset based on a future-oriented strategy.

Momentum

General: The quantity of motion of a moving body, measured as a product of its mass and velocity.

In context: The speed measured in time that personal or business development takes in order to enable the results we wish to see. Momentum increases when more people align their focus. Never break circular momentum. People often block the true growing potential of a concept or business development. With the right value-system in place, organic momentum increases.

Moral compass

General:Used in reference to a person’s ability to judge what is right and wrong and act accordingly.


Ethical Leadership (setting our moral compass) forms part of our ongoing research and fields of interest.

In context: The moral compass is the basic value-system set forward within Circular Clarity. And forms part of the development path during Circular Transformation.

Multifunctional

General: Having or fulfilling several functions.

In context: Circular Clarity sets forward and creates multifunctional tools. For example. The Circular Business Model canvas can be used to train people, develop business with and form proposals at the same time. Making optimum use of time where the output of our investment in time results in multifunctional tools and attrbutes that guide further change.

Natural

General: In accordance with the nature of, or circumstances surrounding, someone or something.

In context: Without force. Evolution is a natural process. Creating a future-oriented business or personal development path, should be a natural (organic) process.

New economy

General: The new economy refers to the convergence of manufacturing, services and technologies to produce high value-added, technology-enabled, and adaptable industries.

In context: Circular Clarity sets forward the Circular Economy. The new economy often refers to the value added aspect. 

New realities

General: New situations that we have to deal with in life or business as a result of change.

In context: New realities can only partially be predicted. For example Covid-19 could not be predicted. And the same applies to the even more significant new reality imposed by climate change. To deal with new realities means we need to be resilient to change and accept the importance of a brand as a force of good that should be back in some form or way to contribute to a better future.

Old economy

General: The take-make-waste economy we live in now (2020).

In context: Take-make-waste. Power-money-greed. The old economy refers to everything that does not lead to value or a sustainable form of development or action.

Operating metrics

General: Measures of the efficiency and effectiveness of an operation or process.

In context: Operating metrics form a part of Digital Intelligence. The 4th element of the Circular Transformation Model.

Organic business development

General: Organic growth is the growth a company achieves by increasing output and enhancing sales internally. This does not include profits or growth attributable to mergers and acquisitions but rather an increase in sales and expansion through the company’s own resources.

In context: Organic growth is enabled by applying focussing on creating a future-oriented business model. 

Organic growth

General: Organic business growth is related to the growth of natural systems and organisms, societies and economies, as a dynamic organizational process, that for business expansion is marked by increased output.

In context: Circular Clarity enables the organic growth of a business. Starting with people and mindset to guide the organic business development path.

Organic solutions

General: Solutions that solve problems in life and/or business that are based on organic principles.

In context: Circular Clarity creates organic solutions during the organic development path of a business during Circular Transformation or when creating an impact strategy.

Paragon (of Virtue)

General: A person or thing regarded as a perfect example of a particular quality.

In context: A Paragon of Virtue could be called a Circular Human of person. Standing strong in life, during transition and any circumstance faces. Someone taking steps forward to create a better future based on the knowledge he/she/or gender free takes forward from the past.

Pay forward

General: Pay it forward is an expression for describing the beneficiary of a good deed repaying the kindness to others instead of to the original benefactor. The concept is old, but the particular phrase may have been coined by Lily Hardy Hammond in her 1916 book In the Garden of Delight.

In context: Circular Clarity in it’s own right of existence pays forward the profound values shared with us during past Circular Transformations. And we continue to pay forward the values we live, work and develop by.

Paying a business forward is the ultimate business model. But a moment in life all entrepreneurs will face. How to prepare is what we focus on with Circular Clarity.

Perpetuate

General: Make (something) continue indefinitely.

In context: When guiding a Circular Tranformation, we set forward ideas and methods that enable the ongoing process of development. 

Personal development

General: Personal development covers activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance the quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations.

In context: Circular Clarity focusses on the insight-out approach with the Human Value Time Compass at the core of our personal development sessions.

Program development

General: The process of formulating, improving, and expanding educational, managerial, or service-oriented work plans (excluding computer program development).

In context: A future-oriented business thrives, when people, stake-holders, partners and the community all interconnect based on a value system that focusses on creating Circular solutions and positive impact. To enable such profound change within an organisation, requires us to break your complexity of the past into program development that guides you every step of the way.

Purpose

General: The reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.

In context: In a Circular business also refered to as the Why of the business. Circular Clarity takes purpose to a whole new dimension – and builds the entire business structure aound this new purpose driven vision and mission.

Purpose (impact) leads direction.

R-Z

Regenerate

General: To give back what has been taken.

In context: Regenerative Design: describes processes that restore, renew or revitalize their own sources of energy and materials, creating sustainable systems that integrate the needs of society with the integrity of nature” So that should give us a place from which to start.

Resources

General: A stock or supply of money, materials, staff, and other assets that can be drawn on by a person or organization in order to function effectively.

In context: A resource is a source or supply from which a benefit is produced and that has some utility. Resources can broadly be classified upon their availability — they are classified into renewable and non-renewable resources. 

Simplicity

General: The quality or condition of being easy to understand or do.

In context: This is the most fundemental Circular Clarity formula. Simplicity equals time. Simplify what you do and save valuable time. And subsequently (re)invest this newly found time to serve value and impact.

Simplify.

Social entrepreneurship

General: Social entrepreneurship is an approach by individuals, groups, start-up companies or entrepreneurs, in which they develop, fund and implement solutions to social, cultural, or environmental issues. This concept may be applied to a wide range of organizations, which vary in size, aims, and beliefs.

In context: Circular Clarity guides entrepreneurs towards social entrepreneurship in the broadest sense. Social entrepreneurship is essential in closing the gap on many social and ecological challanges. Social entpreneurs give back.

Strategy

General: A plan of action designed to achieve a long-term or overall aim.

In context: Circular Clarity enables the future-oriented strategy of a business according to the value-system it sets forward and develops it’s own business by.

Sustainable

General: Sustainable innovation is a process where sustainability considerations (environmental, social, financial) are integrated into company systems from idea generation through to research and development (R&D) and commercialization.

In context: Circular Clarity assists entrepreneurs during their sustainable innovation development path.

Thought leadership

General: A thought leader is an individual or firm that is recognized as an authority in a specialized field and whose expertise is sought and often rewarded. Thought leaders are commonly asked to speak at public events, conferences or webinars to share their insight with a relevant audience.

In context: Circular Clarity guides entpreneurs forward by means of thought leadership. The ideas we set forward, are all based on value and sustainability. And will only be set forward of they can be realistically applied with your business structure or overall sustainable development path.

General: Prosper; flourish. Grow or develop well or vigorously.

In context: It is our mission to co-create business ecosystems where people thrive and impact strategies closes the gaps towards a sustainable future.

Value

General: The regard that something is held to deserve; the importance, worth, or usefulness of something.

In context: With every step we take during future-oriented business development, we put value at the center of development. Value is the connecting factur that guides change and enables a positive outcome.

Value-based

General: Valuebased pricing is a strategy of setting prices primarily based on a consumer’s perceived value of a product or service. Value pricing is customer-focused pricing, meaning companies base their pricing on how much the customer believes a product is worth.

In context: Circular Clarity identifies the transition from currency based payment to value based reward. For this large scale economic change to take proper effect, takes time. In the meantime (2020), we set forward a business model with a foundation at the heart. Meaning that we help businesses forward prior to commercial reward. This is a value-based way of collaborating with the partners we select or that identify the added value in the ecosystem that Circular Clarity expands.

In context: The VLT model has been designed by translating the journey of multiple circular entrepreneurs that we’ve had the privilege of working with.

All Circular development is based on integrity and creating the elements that help guide; not change you! Greater insight, subsequently leads to growth. You must be willing to do the work.

Value direct us in life. The legacy we create we pay forward. And the timeline is something that every generation adds significant value to.

Virtues

General: Behaviour showing high moral standards.

In context: Paragons of Virtue. When people learn to apply virtues in developing life and business, we simplify our actions and enable a more positive result.

Virtues are sometimes labelled Human Values. 

What

General: The thing or things that (used in specifying something).

In context: What in business defines the products and/or services that generate revenue. In a Circular business, it is no longer What we do, but Why we do it that sets the core development marker in place. However, What we do is the delivery that ultimately generates revenue. Thus essential.

When

General: At or on which (referring to a time or circumstance). At what time?

In context: When in Circular business refers to time and timing. Time is our most valuable asset. Therefore our primary focus is to save valuable time. Subsequently timing is the component that often determines the succes or acceptance of the next step. Aligning our strategy and senses to be focussed, helps in getting the timing in business and life to a more natural pace (and right more often than not).

Why

General: The reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.

In context: In a Circular business, purpose is refered to as the Why of the business. Circular Clarity takes Why discovery and implementaiton to a whole new dimension – and builds the entire business structure aound this new purpose driven vision and mission.
